Hilliards Furniture Company is not a chain.  One store; one family; one standard of integrity and quality.  We stand behind every piece of furniture we sell.  We also have exacting standards for all our customized pieces.



We guarantee every item we sell to be free from defects for one year.  If there is a defect during that time, we will do everything we can to make it right at no charge to you.  After the first year, we will continue to honor and service all manufacturer's warranties.  Labor charges may apply after the first year.

Special & Custom Orders


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your special order purchase.  If, for any reason, you are unsure of your purchase, you have three business days from the order date to change or cancel your order.

Special Order Merchandise


Special Order Merchandise is being manufactured especially for you, the customer. Special Order Merchandise may be returned with 20% of the full purchase price retained as a re-stocking fee.  If we delivered the returned merchandise, a $40.00 pick-up fee will be deducted from the refund.


Custom Order Merchandise


All Sales are FINAL on Custom Ordered and C.O.M. upholstery, custom dining rooms, table pads, custom designed office and entertainment systems.  Once Fabric Protection has been applied to you merchandise, the charges for this protection is not refundable.

Return Policy


All returned items must be in "like-new" condition.

Stock Merchandise


The customer may return their purchase within 14 days of delivery or pick-up and receive a full refund.  If we delivered the returned merchandise and pick it up, a $40.00 pick-up gee will be deducted from the refund.
