Hilliards Furniture Company is the oldest retail business in Dublin, Ohio.
Founded by Jim McKitrick, he began by selling paint and fence wire to folks
when Dublin was a little rural town fifty-six years ago. We have been in the
same location since August 1953.

Every 30 years or so we expand by adding a new showroom. We now have
over 15,000 sf of some of the finest quality furniture for your home. We are
a family-owned business. We lost Jim suddenly in January 2005. Now one
of Jim's daughters (Mindy) runs the business with the help of her husband
and several of her cousins.

The store might be hard to find the first time you come. Before their
current passion with "round abouts," Dublin expanded the 2-lane Avery
Road bridge (over Routes 33 & 161) and added a couple of fountains
